Trivia: The Diwan-E-Khaas at the Red Fort was the place where once stood the famous peacock throne. The throne was made out of a solid gold frame and was studded with precious gems, diamonds, rubies, emeralds and pearls valued at around 12,037,500 pounds sterling. |
