Editor's Reviews About Andman-And-NicobarRaw, Intense, vibrant and colourful Untouched and undiscovered might be two apt phrases to describe this island of beauty. Imagine a tourist place where you might be the only one for miles and miles at a stretch, sounds like a scene out of Lost or Survivor. The degree of seclusion that one experiences here is sure to make you wonder if you are still in the land of the plenty i.e. India . The islands exhibit the intense raw power of nature. Thick forests give way to steep hills and rocky surfaces, mangrove forests, virgin beaches, white sand, plenty of sunshine, wafting sea breeze offer plenty of opportunity to lie back and relax those tired muscles. An insight into the lives of the indigenous tribes of the islands really affirms your belief that time literally stops here. India would generally not be on the map when it comes to good places for scuba diving and snorkeling, but a trip to this island is sure to change your opinion. Dives off some of the islands exposes us to the colourful life underwater. Coral reefs fringing off ocean shores and water so crystal clear that one can fathom the ocean depth is enough to lure you into an experience of a lifetime
