Lac Earrings from Jaipur, Rajasthan

I use ornaments sparingly. But I have to admit I am quite fond of earrings and can wear quite big ones that resemble chandeliers! And there is no place like Jaipur to shop for jewellery. I bought all the stuff in the picture from Jaipur (but not in this trip alone). Lac and stones both are popular, though the stone ones more expensive. The earring at the top left hand corner is a stone one and rest everything is made of lac.

About This Blogger
Mridula loves to trek and travel, in that order. She does not believe in comforts when she is traveling, so it means no luxury hotels or anything. The only thing she has splurged on is a Canon DSLR.
