By Air
International and domestic flights fly into and out from the Begumpet Airport, located about 5 kms from the Secunderabad Railway Station. Hyderabad is very well connected by flight with all the major metros and smaller cities. Apart from the national carrier, a lot of private airlines offer economical travel options into the city.
By Rail
The main railway stations are Kachiguda, Hyderabad and Secunderabad. A wide network of rail lines criss crosses the state. Hyderabad is the headquarters for the South Central Railway.
By Road
Hyderabad is located on the crossroads of National Highway 7, 9 and 202. It is well connected to all the major cities in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra , Tamil Nadu and Orissa. The AP State Road Transport Corporation runs bus service connecting Hyderabad to all the major cities, towns and even villages.
