Unruly and Chaotic while being cultural and modern at the same time
I am reminded of a famous song from yesteryears country music star, Perry Como as he dished out "Catch a falling star......Pocketful of Starlight."
A pocketful of starlight is probably the best metaphor that I can think of to describe this beautiful city with many facets. In my opinion, a single trip would not be enough to capture everything that the city has to offer.
A buzzing nightlife, sensitivity to arts and theatre, a chunk of history dating back to the Ramayana, adventure sports, open roads, modern suburbs, shoppers delight and mouthwatering delicacies are just some of the things that the city has to offer.
You miss the organised chaos that is Delhi if you move away from the city. Buses, Cars, Rickshaws, Pedestrians, Cows, Dogs all moving on the road together marking their respective space.
A must see place in India, it also offers the convenience of exploring the rest of North India.
